WELDING PRODUCTION
All kinds of welded parts (leakproof welding, hydraulic oil tanks, cabin and power units, steel structure etc.) production processes are carried out with our team according to the relevant technical drawing standards. These parts are made with or without material using MIG/MAG, and SAW welding methods.
PRODUCTION WITH MATERIAL
In order to produce the requested part, our company supplies materials and welding consumables specified by our customer according to the technical and welding method specification. Our company produce in accordance with the dimensions and sensitivities in the technical drawing. After the quality control operation, it is delivered to our customer with reports.
PRODUCTION WITHOUT MATERIAL
Our customer supplies the material and sends us after the necessary additional operations. After the materials’ dimensions have been checked by pre-quality control testing, all detail controls such as material quality, welding mouth preparation, welding method etc., are carried out by experienced welding inspector. After the decisions made in the meetings with our customers and taken the approval, the main production program starts. After final quality control check, the manufacturing process ends up in the delivery of the product to our customer.
